How to write an abstract
What does it mean an abstract?
Students and
researchers are supposed to write an abstract when they start writing their research
paper. That is why they should know what does mean an abstract.
An abstract is summary; or let say it’s a short
summary of your research paper. Normally an abstract could be short no more
than two pages it’s usually about 150 to 250 words.
It is very important to know that: don’t ever
write an abstract until you finished your research paper.
Why you have to write an abstract?
Before start writing an abstract you should ask your supervisor
to give you some specific guidelines about what to include; and what to
exclude. In order to write it in academic way.
An abstract include the following statement:
- 1 General topic: background
information about your topic
- 2 Problem statement: questions,
claims and arguments.
- 3 Rational and goals:
of your research paper why that topic is worth examining?
When to write your abstract?
It’s very important to write an abstract until you
finish your research paper, so that make you able to know to summary your
research paper so don’t ever try to write an abstract in the beginning of your
writing process.

the method you have used to write the research paper.
