The title " we are still smarter than computers" shows us that the writer makes a comparative between Humans and Computers. We can observe that the writer uses the comparative adjective " smarter than " . As well we can see that Shira uses the word " still " that's means humans could be less smarter than computers someday. I can say this my own hypothesis  I make from the title.

The writer mentioned in the beginning of the article what Cade has said about GPT3 ( Generative pre-trained Transformer ) this technology could produce a type of writing that seems as if it was written by humans. This experience will help to speed up the event as well it will help to discover fake information on the press on a button.

Then, Shira explains how GPT- works, she mentioned that this process based on neural system which may be a mechanical approach that learns analysing huge of information, then  this technology could produce a speech that seems like President Trump.

The writer mentioned negative and positive aspect of this technology. Although Gpt-3 will add some advantage but Shira mentioned some negative aspect when it comes to Application for Television, she assumed that is worse.
